As the title states, the plastic black handle was cracked and actually peeled off completely. I've been researching on how i can fix or replace the handle, but to no success. Any suggestions, without having to actually purchase another model?

If there is a metal rod inside use plastic tubing and/or wood dowel.....sometime even an old ballpoint pen might work...mind you the razor is easy to pick up on E bay

If it hasn't totally disintegrated, you could try to glue it.  I've never had much luck getting adhesives to work well on plastic however.  It occurred to me though that you might seek help at a hobby shop.  They have all kinds of plastic things there that get glued together.

Good idea just came to me...glue it and the use heat shrink tubing ( 1/2" ) over the handle to keep everything together....mind you the heat used in shrinking the tubing might cause the glue to weaken....or like some of the Japanese knives use light weight wire to bind the handle using a wrapping style.
