** Update, just saw he's showing off the M7 Horn as well.. updated the thread's Title to have it in one place.

Just spotted this on Mark's FB page, looks wise this is incredibly breathtaking brush, definitely a powerful presence just from looking at the photo. The pad printed lettering, overall finish of the surface and the slight update to the shape of the handle look incredible.

** updated.. looks like 40 mins after I saw the above photo, Mark's teasing us with the M7 in horn as well... incredible looks like they just took this right off the animal lol, such marbling! These babies are sure to break the bank account hahaha.

Gents:

Theirs no question the brush looks more than stunning. But the price its too high for me.
That isn't mean that it does not value the cost.

Its just that its too high...

Is it just I or is that M7 a tad different in style than the usual ones. I guess I must have too many Oscar11 C7s that I start seeing most other brushes in a similar shape! Biggrin That is definitely the best handle design I have seen from Simpsons.

Those are beautiful, but I'll stick to my Romera 2nd anniversary for half the cost (even when I purchased at full price with a weaker US Dollar exchage rate).

Yeah I'm out on these. The duke 3 horns were 300 gbp. I don't even want to know what these will cost!

The original designs have been modified on these horns. It's "New Coke." Meh.

mmmmmm, acquisition of this brush while you're still together, it's an asset and has to be divided equally.

The Duke in horn looked nice. I don't care for the new handle design in horn on the brushes above, based on visuals only. But if I had a chance to hold them in my hand, that would probably change my opinion.

I believe Ken (Chief Broom) could assist.

The shape has definitely changed, especially that middle sharp ridge as opposed to the rounded off bead. I'd be worried about grip on the new M7 as that is right where my thumb lands.

Seems slimmer or taller then the traditional M7 as well. I'd love to see an acrylic M7 next to it.

No matter how beautiful those are, i will never pay half my rent for a brush. I love that second one, but i will not do it.

I actually really like the new look and, Bruce, the sharper lip is quite comfortable. I have quite a few C7 brushes in this design and they are very comfortable. Smile
