I decided when I hit 200 products that it was about time to downsize my collection.

Since that decision I have purchased:

LPL Rose De Puskas
4 Wickham Super Smooth
6 Caties Bubbles
1 Saponifico Manna and 3 wooden bowls (all 3 soaps now in my possession)
Kent cream tube
Tabula Rasa Tea

This is how I downsize my collection ........

Have you thought about downsizing too ?

No, I have 168 last month. And it will be 198 when current batch arrives.
Including 3P almond block.
I want to gradually use them up.

Yup, I have thought about it. Like you, I keep buying more. The only thing saving me currently is RAD at the moment. My no buy April had me at
4 Gillette razors
1 Strop
2 Catie's bubbles
2 Penhaligons
2 brushes
9 Straight razors (7 were a set)

I'll keep thinking about it.

Yup, I've used up pretty much all my creams and plowed through some Artisan soaps and just have a few sticks here and there for my Travel Bag.

I'm getting down to bare bones, just some Unobtanium soaps left (RR-888, RR-ABCBA, RR CiT, LaToja wood bowl, Irish Moos) and then a years supply of Haslinger which as of now, is my go-to, soap to beat product.

...and I thought that you didn't liked artisan soaps, Claus! Smile
Just kidding, enjoy your collection. Wink

About downsizing... well, I've been restraining the acquisition of soaps and creams lately. Or at least, slowing the pace on the acquisitions of those items.
Not really downsizing, as I continue to have a large collection of soaps and creams, but eventually I will gradually use them up... Rolleyes

Recently, in order to reduce my "inventory", I made up two boxes of various products, priced them VERY reasonable, and put them on BST. They were quickly spoken for. The buyers got a good assortment and opportunity to try some new products.

In your case, you may need to limit a sale to overseas buyers so that postal expense is contained.

Just my thought...

20 soaps, 5 creams. I have spent the last 4 months transforming my den using sales, trades and pifs. The goal being to have enough variety to ward off boredom, but at the same time not feel burdened with excess.

I only have maybe 30-40 soaps and 30-40 AS's.  My issue is when I go to downsize I look at my products and think, ok lets get rid of the items I don't like and will never use.  Minutes later after being able to select nothing I decide to try again next month.

Sounds like government, Claus -- for "downsizing", read "slowing the rate of growth".

Well, Claus. I reduced my soap collection more than 3 years ago and have only sampled artisan soaps throughout that time and have only used ONE soap, principally, which might make me a bit of a minimalist when it comes to the number of soaps I use from different companies/artisans.  Biggrin

I've finally gotten to the point where I'm letting anything go that doesn't perform in "excellent" territory. There's a few scents in there that I miss, but I can't justify smelling good but not getting a perfectly comfortable shave. Some of the remaining: Mickey Lee Unscented, Mickey Lee Grand Havana, SdM 40%, MdC, and a couple CRSW's.
