Well, it has taken me almost four years, but I have finally joined the club. It happened this morning while disassembling my WR1-SB; a momentary lapse, extremely slick soap from Mystic Water and running water and there it was. Just added to the fun this morning as I seemed to have come down with a quick stomach virus which might be passing. However, going to a local clinic for the stitches along with not having eaten and seeing the blood was a tad too much for me and I passed out for a few seconds while the doctor was working on me! Well, I guess I need to meditate some more! Biggrin  And, no I did not take the photos! My partner did. I am looking forward to tomorrow's shave!   Biggrin

Get well soon meu amigo. That'll be a battle-wound scar and a badge of honor.

Thank you, all, gentlemen and I'll be just fine. The worst part was it happening on Mother's Day! I'll have to make it up to my partner as we were not able to go out to lunch!  Blush

That is part of the reason I always hated three piece razors.

Thank you, all, for your well wishes and don't worry as I am just fine. The good thing is that this did not affect my camera-shutter finger!  Biggrin

Glad it wasn't more serious, Celestino.
I have what's apparently going to be a permanent one on my cheek from when a RazoRock Stealth Slant slipped and I tried to catch it with my face. I call it my Heidelberg dueling scar. Feel free to use the term, it's a good conversation starter.

Ouch! So sorry to hear about your slip. When we deal with blades daily, we may sometimes get cut. Heal quickly my friend! Fortunately, for us, it wasn't your shutter finger.

Sorry, Celestino. Nothing bleeds like a finger. It takes a couple of days, then it's going to be really sore. You can trim the ends a little, if they start to bother you. Take care.
