He anyone seen one of these before? I received this in a old world war wash bag brought for me by my dad. It contained a bunch of things, Including this. It appears to be some sort of razor or tool.

If if you can't tell in the picture, above the blade EVER READY BRITISH MADE is engraved and along the handle is CM measurements one side and INCHES on the other.

a handy man knife with the so-called SE "razor blades" found in hardware stores. Blades not for shaving?

Haha I don't think I will be shaving with it, with a new blade.

+1 on the handyman knife guess. The hole and indent in the handle look like they'd be used for cutting rope or cutting and stripping wire.
