My wife and I went into a little antique shop today and she stopped me and said, "is this a good one"? I love my wife
This brush is in like new condition and beautiful. Since I usually only suffer from RAD, I'm not sure what I got. Are there any brush guys out there that recognize it?

Not Muehle, as Muehle was in East Germany!! This is I think a Victoria brush, the company is/was in Bechhofen.
Traditionally, in Germany the main area for brush making (including not only shaving brushes, but mainly painting brushes, and also all kind of hair and house hold brushes) is in Nuernberg (Nuremberg) and in surrounding towns and villages.
Bechhofen still has to this day quite a number of brush makers.
Here are some that make shaving brushes:
Shavemac - Wendelstein, some 5 miles south east of Nuremberg
DaVinci (Defet is the company's name) - Nuremberg
Thaeter - Nuremberg
Bock - Bechhofen
Muehle on the other hand was in the eastern part of Germany, and even during the "communistic" era pretty much run by the Mueller family, now in the third generation.

Thank you for the information! It always amazes me how much some of you know. It's a beautiful brush and I plan on putting it in my rotation.
