I picked this up on the bay, listed as a Gillette Gold Tech. I got it mostly because it had the original Gold Tech case that I wanted for the Gold Techi have. Can anyone help in identifying this one? I believe it is a NEW old type, but that it's just from things I have picked up while reading. There is no date code. Thanks in advance! Looks like a New common bar handle with a Tech head.

Agree that this looks like a Frankenrazor.  That's a common bar handle, and from what I can see, the head looks like a later model Tech.

What would the date range be for the handle out of curiosity? Im assuming it would have been a open comb head originally?

Would have been on a New so yes open comb which came in a long and short tooth version. 

The handle would have been in the 30's  I think they technically ran 29-40 or there about, so in easy terms sometime in the 30's.  Long vs short seen here (can't really see the handles in the pic but the long is on a ball style and the short on a common bar):
