Last week, Brian wrote me asking if i would like some blades for the new Gem Push Button i recently bought. I greatly excepted, as i have been waiting to try out this razor. Well, the blades came today, as well as some other items, i was not at all expecting!

-(Excuse the beer, I'm making some chili today as a stress reliever!)-

I am floored! I was just looking over his website, last night, deciding if and when and which to try and get in the next couple weeks, and he went out of his way to look out for me, without me even knowing!

Brian, thank you for all of this! You are awesome man! You made my day, as it has been a pretty stressful and trying week for me! Thank you!

Aw shucks guys! Blush

Bryan,I'm glad it got to you on the right day to reset your psyche. Please enjoy.

But it's bothered me since I sent that. Was I also supposed to send some SS blades? It's no big deal to resend as they fit in an envelope. I'll just send some since the CS Treet blades mean nothing unless you can compare them to the others. Clearly I'm too busy or I would have done it correctly the first time. I'll get them out tomorrow.

If you don't like the shave don't assume it's the razor. It could be the CS blades. I oiled them, but they still have a lifespan just by existing in atmospheric humidity.

Well, seriously Brian -- The number of people that act like decent human beings seems to be on the decline.  The fact that you go out of your way to help, take care of, and just all around be good to people...  Should be pointed out.

Thanks for being what so few are.  And yeah the Bay Rum is awesome.

Cheers

Agreed 100%. Brian went out of his way to mentor me when I expressed an interest in antique SE razors. He's an excellent artisan and an even better person.

Thanks guys, and again, thank you Brian for everything! I'll be giving all a go this weekend!

@Brian, i didn't get the other blades, and it's no problem at all. I'm just thankful, regardless, of you writing me in the first place.

There are so many aftershaves I want to try, and this is prompting Krampert's to muscle its way forward.
I just visited the website again and was happy to see the clever slogan that came out of the contest here a while back.

Thanks guys. Clearly I forgot to ask Bryan not to mention it until after my death as I tell people most times. I much prefer to operate in the unseen shadows. I see others have forgotten that as well. Blush  I don't handle it well, and never know what to say, so I'll just leave it at "thanks".

Please, If anyone buys my products they should do so because they want them and not for any other reason.

Well Brian, when you act like a gentleman you get treated like a gentleman.  It's as simple as that.

+1 I lurked before joining here and happened to read some of Mr.Krampert's posts and saw we had some things in common. Upon joining I shot him a pm and we struck up a convo. Since then I know I've probably annoyed him with private messages but he's always been willing to help me out on things I asked or just shoot the breeze. He's good people in my book.

Otis375, you have never annoyed me at all. I enjoy good conversations and all of ours have been in that category. Sometimes I'm a bit pressed for time and only my lack of time annoys me.

Another example of the quality people in this community.

By the way Bryan, I see the Guinness Blond in the background.  You have good taste in American lagers.
