Pic heavy -

Last night and leftovers tonight!

Well, I've finally got my recipe down and created such an awesome pot of chili. The name is my last name and the choice of cook that i love; Wood Smoke from the grill! I also used the burners inside, as my secret was to accommodate the family for not introducing too much smoke, as in how i like it! So yes, i played both sides of the field!

Interesting idea on the grilled burgers being used in the chili. Looks delicious! I bet it was!

I've used leftover brisket in SOS, and burnt ends in baked beans, but never that. Thanks for the idea! No tomatoes too. I can go for that!

White jalapenos, never heard of them so I had to look them up. http://www.specialtyproduce.com/produce/...r_7833.php

Even more interesting. I bet they'd make fantastic ABTs. But I have never seen them in Maine.

Looks good. Thanks for the pictorial.

Like you I have to tone down the heat while the chili is cooking. Adding heat at the table just isn't the same Undecided

You know Brian, i always see these here in Washington. I like to do things a lil more different than others, so honestly, that's why i chose the white and not the green. And they did not disappoint!

Great look'in chili there Bryan. The White jalapeno peppers has me intrigued  Dodgy. I just might have to steal that grilled meat idea. I love smoked flavors in my chili.

Great job. Piggy_214
