So, I've acquired a few razors within the last 2 weeks, but that didn't exactly cure my RAD, but might have worsened it by opening my eyes to better and nicer razors.
Cut to the chase, below are what I would like to buy, assuming the price is reasonable.

1) Razorock baby smooth
2) Razorock stealth slant
3) Gillette Slim (acquired) and / or Fat adjustable
4) Ikon shavecraft 102 slant razor - purchased
5) muhle r41 - 2011 version
6) ikon shavecraft tech - not sure about this one yet - not a fan of open comb, so I decided not to get it.
7) ATT M1 - Acquired!! yes finally!!
8) standard razor?  got one
9) R1 plate + cap

I know I have it badly.  I will need some or all of these to cure my RAD.

I would like the black anodized one, but beggars can't be choosers.

I can offer trades, but it's probably not worthy of a trade for the mighty "stealth slant"

Hi
I have one , pm me will sends photos

Looks more like evidence of RAD rather than attempt to cure it.  The one and only RAD cure I know of starts with a "W" and ends with "man".  Biggrin

P.S. Keep an eye out for Mass Drops on the Standard razor.

Should i go ahrad and add Wr1-sb to the list now and be done with it once and for all?

Just skip all shavecraft,  fatboy,  2011 r41 and go straight to the ultimate razor?

Will i be cured?

ATT offered temporary relief for my RAD; Wolfman cured it.  Naturally, as with everything else on TSN, "YMMV".

I would never encourage someone to stop doing something as fun as collecting razors.  Make the list and tick the boxes as they come in.  Life's too short to have just one razor, right?  What I would do is recommend a Wolfman to anyone who is not 100% satisfied with their current razor.  I'd be very curious to hear what you thought of it.  Unfortunately, the wait for a new one is 4-5 months and they rarely appear on the used market.  (Today is the last day to reserve one before prices increase, so if you're curious and can live with the price, now is the time.)

I wish you luck and happiness in your shaving.

How much is the regular price?  And how much hike are we talking about?

It's $125 (Canadian) for the head & $75 for the handle. There's a nice stand too if that's your sort of thing. There are ~10 handles available & the heads are OC, SB or half & half. The finish is either brushed or polished 316 stainless. Aluminum & brass are also available. He'll even tweak the blade gap if you like your razor especially mild or aggressive.

You get on the waiting list via email, detailing what you want and then your gear is ready he sends you a PayPal invoice. That gives you time to save up.

I saw something about the price being raiced 30-40%, but the LASS BBS-1, another great razor made by the same guy, is going from $225 to $299 IIRC.

Lots of customization options sound like fun,  but it is pricey!  I cant imagine myself buying one when the price goes up or now.  I spent too much money recently.  I should start selling non-performers.
