TOBS rose and avocado, GFT coconut and RR artisan soaps with tallow are the best for me. I mention the tallow on the RR just because I haven't tried the non tallow version, so just want to point out I don't know about it.
TOBS rose is my all time favorite. It
Has a slickness that I haven't had a match for yet. It's so slick that when I rinse off I can really feel it on my face and hands. Slickness is important for me as a straight user, so that always makes my face feel the best after as I always have a good shave. Moisturizes well too.

one tip that some do, but not everyone may think of.
when finishing off with these quality soaps/creams, generally the ones with tallow, lanolin and/or shea butter (or any combination of), after the final rinse, take some of the extra lather and apply to your face.
finish cleaning your razor, brush etc, then do 1 more rinse and follow your normal post shave routine.
you will quickly realize soaps like KL, 888, MWF, MW and others are great for post shave and they leave your face ultra moisturized.
