I'm cooking an Italian dinner and the last bottle of a  rather good vino sits decanted. I was in Trader Joes a few years ago and the Somellier was just displaying this vintage. He stopped me and said " Chris, buy all you can of this. It's worth 3x the price and should
still be at it's peak for 2-3 years. He rarely parrots the glowing reviews in their flyers and knows wine. So, In a bacchanalian frenzy I
somehow stuffed 12 bottles into my rucksack and staggered home with along two additional grocery sacks of provisions.
I buy wines to drink. I don't collect them for display and there is always something new and lovely. So too, I am  realizing  with
shaving soaps. Damn, but this Flying Mango is nice and I both begrudge and am happy for you guys buying multiples. But once in a while
a scent comes along deserving permanent production at any price. In my teen years the local Drive In held a weekend swapmeet. There
was this table selling incense. I discovered something called 'MONASTERY' that was sublime and unidentified. I bought several bundles
and enjoyed it long after the dealer failed to return. I've never caught that particular scent again.
This one begs for regular production, or at least seasonal offerings. If McD can do it with those gawdawfull McRibs PULEEZE SV do so!
