So I have recently sold/piffed all my badgers in favor of synths. Yet Wiborg brushes caught my eye and I had to have one. I opted for their white badger knot in a fan shape. This brush is almost as soft as my plisson but has incredible backbone. I used it for the first time this morning and it was pure luxury. I still have trouble with the lather dissipating by my third pass but I think I am just so used to the short loading times with synths so I most likely didn't pick up enough soap(used B&M LATHA). if you are looking for a highend badger I can't recommend this enough.

yeah I believe he only takes orders now rather than trying to keep the shop in stock. takes a few months to get your brush.

Toby, Florian is great to work with and well worth the wait.  I have 2 in white badger and they are incredibly soft.  He'll make the brush to your specs including what style engraving you want.....

Best,

Tappan

I'm not a fan of faux horn but that is a great shape brush.

Is the logo printed or engraved?

I want to jump on the waiting list, but, at the same time, I worry that my turn for one of these brushes and the Wolfman razor will come up simultaneously and I'll end up having to eat ramen and spam for a couple of weeks.

Toby,

The White Badger is excellent. It took about 5-6 weeks to receive, but was so good that I ordered another which should be coming up in a week or two. I asked for a smaller knot and was able to get a 24mm.

Gorgeous brush you've got there! The Barber is also my favorite of his handles.

Really like the engraving on his brush, its elaborate but really well done, matches the overall quite well.  Great looking brush, enjoy!

I'd like to add that right now is a great time to buy because of the Euro to US Dollar conversion rate being very favorable to the USD.  I love my white badger "flagon" "Marshall" !  It was a custom order to replicate the first Wiborg I purchased but regretted selling.
