Got my Flying Mango yesterday and gave it a run this morning.  I want to thank Phil and TSN for putting out such a great soap.

While taking a shower, I place a few drops of water on this baby.  By the time I was done with my shower prep, the soap was ready to be loaded.  I used my Simpson Chubby #1 and the rest was history.

I loaded for approximately 20 seconds and the lather I got was sufficient for three excellent passes.  The brush had enough left over for a touch up.  No a sign of blood anywhere Wink

The scent is amazing and the after feeling is awesome.  I didn't even need any type of balm, that's how soft my face felt after the fact.

Again, awesome product!

I am not aware of such operation, and even if indeed it happened,  I'm in no liberty of discussing such operation.

Its a very, very nice soap. Scent, slickness, post shave are all top notch. One of the few soaps that I am considering getting a back up of.

The performance is as expected from SV amazing. Not sure if I'm into the scent yet or not need to use it more to tell.

Im with you on this. One of the few scents that has ever been truly off-putting to me. Im trying to use it more to get more used to it, and eventually come around to it, but I guess we'll see

I think it takes a few applications for the scent to 'bloom'. It was very subtle first use but like a properly aerated wine has really taken on a lovely fragrance.

I agree with you on this, the performance is excellent as expected of SV product but boy is the scent 'peppery', I've had a few shaves with it now and the scent is still a bit overwhelming in my opinion. I had a similar experience with I Coloniali but the scent eventually grew on me, hopefully it will be the same with this soap, I'll probably leave the tin opened to air it out a bit.

That post shave slickness is out of this world. Fantastic soap, I'm a huge fan!

I would agree- for me the scent is fairly one dimensional and very much peppery as you said. Performance during shave is good, post shave I don't find all that remarkable to be honest, at least compared to other soaps I regularly use. Still a good, solid soap!

Very much appreciative of the LE and ability to purchase, certainly will remain a part of my rotation.

I had a nice citrus peppery scent when i opened  it but once lathered the citrus went away and I smell pepper and tobacco which I preferred the scent prior I just hope the citrus comes back and the Tabaco fades

I have yet to try this brand. This soap definitely has me thinking about it. Does it come in the metal container like the limited edition fern?

I am beginning to wonder how much remains to be sold?  I understand the excitement of people when ships docked with spices and teas from the East and  foods from the New World taken for granted today. I don't want to leave old friends sitting, but there are a lot of pretty girls I need to dance with.
