Beer: Nordlandspils (from the north of Norway), Staropramen and Pilsner Urquell (from Czech Republic)
Liquor: Hennessy, Braastad VSOP, Golden Cock (gin), Mount Gay Rum (brown rum from Barbados).
Yes, I know the names of the gin and rum I like is absolutely ridiculous. And I get a comment on them when i drink it. But they are good gin and rum, and thats it.

My favorite bang for your buck beer is Holsten Festbock. Is it the best beer out there? No. But it's great for the little amount it costs and is much better than Holsten Premium IMO.

Other worthy beers are Hoegaarden and Duvel. The latter, which is perhaps the best beer I've had, is very expensive which is what makes me choose Holsten Festbock and Hoegaarden over it most of the time.

If my sole intention is to get drunk, any beer will do (Budweiser, etc.).
Edit: When it comes to hard liquor, I tend to go with vodka mostly because it mixes so well. I'm content with pretty much any brand of it.

I'm a huge craft beer junkie! Three Floyds, Bells, Russian River just name a few. I tend to drink mostly DIPA's(double IPAs and Imperial Stouts).
I love Bourbon too, With an ice cube in a rocks glass(Buffalo Trace is my go-to.
Also a huge wine drinker. I love them BIG(Malbecs, Zins, Cabs and Grenache).
And Yes, my name is Noah and Im an alcoholic

Amen to that brother! have you ever tried Cafferey's, it's quite nice.
Liquor: lagavulin 16, Glenlivet 18, and good ol Johnny blue.
I've never tried the Cafferey's, i'll have to look for it next time i'm at the distributor. Ale?

I prefer German/Belgian beer.
I've tried all my life to like beer. I've tried every brand out there. I absolutely can't stand the stuff. I wish I could. It's much less expensive than liquor.
I like beer, but I'm not much into liquor.
I'm pretty frugal when I do drink so I usually don't venture too far out of the box from what I like because I don't like paying for a beer I might not like.
not a fan of many IPAs nor do I like many stouts, especially not the traditional guinness stout. YUCK.
