I recently won a PIF on another forum. A handle maker (Oscar 11) provided me a choice of handles to choose from. I chose his 24 mm diameter, by 16 mm deep, blue swirl handle.
When I ordered the knot, I chose the Super Badger Bulb 24 mm. The total height including the base was 68 mm and the base was 8 mm. I used a quarter to add 2 mm to the base to allow the brush to have a 55 mm effective loft.

After break in, the first use was excellent. I now call it, the Super Blue Swirl.
Thanks Oscar 11 for the fantastic handle to create my Super Blue Swirl!

I believe that's the best looking brush I've ever seen. I love the colour!

Thanks Gents!
Oscar11 gave me a great foundation from which to work with.
The issue now is the rotation time between the H.I.S., two Muhle synthetics and my three custom badgers. They all want face time!

Better start splitting your face in half and using two brushes a day!
Well, they will just have to each wait their turn.
Here is today's shave.

Hi
Excellent choice on the handle, the material used is quite stunning

Your chosen loft height looks proportionally correct in relation to handle height, overall you've got yourself there a very nice looking shaving brush...
Take care, Mike

Thanks for the compliments on the handle. I enjoy making a few and PIFing them along or gifting them. Here are some more pics.

I have more but....that's enough. I've been playing around with some wooden brushes but they're still in the works. I'll have some complete this weekend.
