I recently bought my wife an Edwin Jagger DELPI14.  She dropped it and it broke.  I contacted Edwin Jagger.  They asked for a photo, and immediately arranged a replacement to be sent out.  The replacement has had no problems so far.

I've heard of them doing it. But I don't think it should have to break in the first place. I did an experiment where I dropped and abused a GEM Micromatic, a vintage SE TTO razor, and it survived. Of course it was made to a much higher build quality and made of solid brass not pot metal.

Even a Gillette Fusion has a higher durability than a modern pot metal razor.
