Congratulations Hector! Smile I sure am anxious to get mine! I think the only thing that could make it better was if Toby at Triad could make a sleeve to go on the handle!!!!!!!!  Remember to let me know how it shaves.

Since the blade is not bent or slightly bent what's the angle you haft to shave with? Is it a more shallow angle(handle toward the floor). I'm curious to try it but wondering with the blade like that if it may be hard to get those hairs that grow right under the nose.

Just a quick review.  I think Johnny did a great job with his review, so mine is just a small one based on my shave today.

THIS RAZOR IS AWESOME!

I used it with a Med Prep that my friend Lance sent me.  I had another shave without irritation and the alum didn't sting one bit. I didn't even need it, but I wanted to do the sting test.   It reminds me of the One Blade, very smooth, without killing your face.

As Dustin mentioned, I was also concerned with the nose area.  Not a problem, a little work around and it was just fine.  You can get most of it while doing your ATG pass.

The weight is perfect and the handle, skinny as it is, it s very easy to maneuver while using the both sides of the blade.  The finish is beautiful, and like the One Blade, it just inspires confidence.  It was worth the wait.

Overall, no regrets in buying this razor, and I can see why Johnny made it his daily driver.

Thanks for the review. I've got one on the way as well, but it seems to be lost in USPS' alternative universe.
Have many excellent shaves.

Thanks.  Mine took forever, so I know what you mean.  I even had to email them for the tracking number.

Hector, congratulations on the PILS.  That is one beautiful stainless steel art form.  The machining on these is impeccable.  Polsilver blades also work great in the PILS.  Right now that is my blade of choice.

Continued success.

I would say the angle is more the handle away from the floor.  The way  I started with mine was to put the razor next to my face, handle straight down, then slowly start raising the handle until you feel if cutting.

Another good blade in the PILS is the Astra SP.

I guess I have a busy week ahead with the PILS and a nice option of blades to try.

I love my pills.   I feel there is no better DE available.   And I have tried them all   I like that it's two pieces as well.  Less time to mess around.
