Wilkinson Sword shave stick is one great shave stick that doesn't get much attention. This is a good soap that contains both tallow and lanolin so it produces a rich creamy lather. It has a nice scent and even the color looks cool. It is one fine shave stick.

I agree, performance is excellent and the scent isn't that bad either. Pretty good value shave stick.

I think I read somewhere that they cost a lot more in Britain.

I find it to be a very nice soap too. I dip it in water when soaking the brush and one more time right before I put it on my face for an easier application. It produces a nice, thick and slick lather. Tends to dry the skin a little IME. But at least it doesn't give me skin reactions which is unfortunately a rarity lately ...

I tried soaking some of my shave sticks in water for 5 minutes and I didn't see any difference in performance. I find just wetting my face is all I need to do. What did change the performance for me the most, in fact it made a big difference was using a wet brush. Basically I find using a lot of product and a pretty wet brush and you will get the best results.

Great color, great scent, great soap.  I always thought it was funny how this and Palmolive were so cheap and worked so great.

I really like the way the Wilkinson Soap Stick lathers, it's one of my favorites that get's used often. It also pair's up well with my Kroger Arctic Blue Aftershave.
