This vintage Kropp 6/8 razor came to me in fairly good order, but if it's in good or poor condition the same methods are applied to both razors, so blade and scales were re-worked buffed and polished, scales cleaned polished inside and out, new internal washers and bush made for the large pivot hole, pinned and honed made shave ready, these scales are very fine in a grained ivorine finish very attractive looking.

Thanks Yohann, it was lightly used and some light surface rust behind the pivot when the scales came off, the blade was in fairly good condition, didn't need much work on the buffing wheels, i reset the bevel and she honed up very well, as with most of these vintage razors there were no internal washers so they were fitted, and the original lead wedge was reused, should make a nice shaver for someone.

Thanks for your interest Pete, the razor went on sale this morning, but i usually sell my razors on the UK forum TSR, and rarely outside the UK because i dont like to pass on the cost of postage to the buyer, and that's something you can't help doing when you offer the razor for sale outside the UK.
