I could probably make a few brushes out of him, how much?

I'm open to a trade. I'll make sure to sanitize him before shipment Tongue

Only thing that bugs me about staging of stuff for sale is when you see a beautifully polished rhodium or stainless razor etc, propped up on a pile of rocks or concrete. I guarantee you that razor will be coming to you with scuffs and scratches on it.

Personally when I buy something I send it out to a lab to be irradiated.  When I get it back I stick it in an autoclave at 300 degrees for 6 hours and then boil it in alcohol for 31 minutes.  I do this with everything but my brushes – those I lather up with peanut butter and give to the dogs for the comedic value before I shave.

I am starting to think this is why all my soaps don’t lather.  On the other hand I might need an intervention.

During my undergrad chemistry study I was told to autoclave at 310 for 7 hours and boil in alcohol for 35 minutes. As for the peanut butter I think the recently jailed peanut butter exec might get us out of this sticky situation.

I was looking over my fav website for vintage Rolls Royces. OMG! I saw a 25/30 sports saloon in masons black, swept tail, sidemounts and roll up division. It had overdrive and fitted luggage. Then I noticed the temporary UK plates were held on by ZIP TIES. How vulgar.

That's reason enough for me not to purchase it. Thanks for the heads up.

One could also argue that if there was a Wolfman WR1 for sale sitting in that same cat picture, MOST of the potential buyers here would never even notice the cat until funds were transferred.  I'll bet the sale would still be complete in less than the average time of 30 seconds.

That being said, I feel your pain Deuce Deuce.  I know how something can bug you so much that nothing is ever going to change your mind.  And rightfully so.  That's what I love about this country.

I hope you day goes better for you.

What a great Post.

I think a bottle of the Veg might have been slightly more humorous.  Wink

How about the people who list pictures of soaps that still have the mystery hair, or odd debris in them? I just don't do used soaps or brushes.

Well I don't mean to be rude, but really: we are a group of grown men, generally discussing "seriously first world" problems, and we can't be bothered to clean the pubes out of our nine dollar soap (14% gone), while we try to trade it for someone else's nine seventy five dollar soap with crud in (only 17% used up).??  I swear to God, we sometimes make ourselves look pretty .....

It's that time again....Time to play:

SPOT THE MYSTERY HAIR.

The rules are simple, view the pics and spot the hair.

If you can spot 1/3, you should not buy used soaps.
If you can spot 2/3, you should tell your friends not to buy used soaps.
If you can spot 3/3, you need to tell the world not to buy used soaps.

Contest #1.  An easy one, large single tub, known maker (well, maybe knot in this case), still some proto lather and a nice large black hair.  Can you spot it?

Contest #2:  3 Tubs of unknown soaps/creams, but only 1 hair...but it's curly.  Can you spot it?

Contest #3:  Recently lathered tub, unknown maker, not rinsed, lots of proto lather and 1 long black hair that is hiding under some of the lather.  Can you spot it?

Now where's the barf bucket, so I can go throw up?  Babeando
