HELP !

My Mursol after shave glass bottle LABELS are being bruised without touching them

I store fragrances away from heat and light, but my cheap after shaves reside in my bathroom. Only my Myrsol labels suffer !!

Proraso, Floid, Speick, Musgo Real, Nivea & DR Harris - no label problems at all.

Myrsol labels end up looking like cr_ap

Am I the only one with Myrsol label problems ?

I don't face this problem with Myrsol labels... I have three of them and their labels are like the first day. I don't know what happened with yours...

Nope.

I have a dozen or so bottles, and no issues here with labels.

This is a very serious problem for a wetshaver - world hunger, civil war in Syriah and the likes better step back in line - I have my priorities set, and Myrsol labels out of order is a very serious matter  Tongue

On a serious note - I really love my Myrsols, and own 3 and have a pending order for 3 more and the emulsion Pre shave.

My OCD makes me prefer my other after shaves over my Myrsol because the Myrsol labels look so bad and bruised.

24 I have to admit, other than Kav's posts, this is probably the most funny and bizarre statement I have ever read at The Nook.

If you truly do have OCD, that's one thing. What I don't get is, you like others more because they don't have bruised labels but yet ordered three more.

Why?

All evidence has been buried. All tapes have been erased.

Since I'm the only one here who has the problem, logic tells me there is a good chance the 3 I'm ordering will not have the same problems. Does that make sense to you ?

Nope. You do realize how this comes across to most people reading it, don't you?

No one set out to poke fun at or criticize you. You started a thread that opened it up for people to question your reasoning.

Again, if you truly have OCD, which may be the case, it's no laughing matter.
But it's difficult for members reading to distinguish real from joking OCD.

This whole thread makes no sense to me.

All evidence has been buried. All tapes have been erased.

Is this some deep ethnic Viking angst brought on by grey skies and preserved cheese and sausage for raids on France for decent food and sunshine? Maybe the spirit of Victor Borge is messing with your labels? Do you find yourself drawn to an art gallery with a copy of THE SCREAM? Perhaps the gallery employs some 6' Danish female art restoration expert  named Birgitte or Hidegaard. She might drop over on her motorcycle with panniers holding tools of the trade and restore your ephemera. think on that word used for paper artifacts and it's connotation of transience. That will be 10 old Danish kroner- I don't accept euros.

The Scream ("Skrik") is Norwegian, and friend Claus is Danish...

Speaking of pictures; could you take a photo of the offending labels? That might help people grasp what you're talking about, and might encourage more on-topic replies Smile
