Get yourself a pedicure big guy. My buddy says they are awesome. Rub you from your feet to you knees while making them pretty for flip flops lol.
May have to do it myself....

Yeah, my feet, and other areas of my old body, tend to only hurt Monday through Friday too.

Epsom salt foot soak, roll the bottom of your feet on a tennis ball or even a frozen bottle of water.

Take care of your feet, and your feet will take care of you - learned that one in boot camp, and it's still true.

Foot bath, massage, pedicure, new shoes.. all good ways to deal with it, depending on why your feet hurts.

You may try swimming or water gymnastics in the style you like. 30 minutes make a big difference..

Fare well!

I work very long hours on concrete  wearing safety toe shoes. My feet used to kill me from standing for 12-14 hours at a time on hard floors. I ended up going to the boot truck and getting a new pair of boots one day. Of course the boots had to be broken in and the new boots were killing my feet also I haft to have a spinal fusion and at least one knee replacement. Well the new boots were just killed my back so I went to the locker room and changed out to my old boots ,within minutes my feet weren't hurting.

From then on I would change my boots at least once a day usually during lunch and it helped a lot. Actually told my Dr about this and he agreed and said it was because different shoes relieve certain points off your feet differently so of course changing shoes took the pressure off the sore spots and vice versa. It works though.

Even if I'm just going for a day out with the kids I take a extra pair of shoes in the trunk if my back or knees start hurting I change shoes and no pain!

I'm sorry but lol... Trust me I box and do MMA myself and I've done my fair share of stupid things...Actually K.O.D. myself in the cage... Went for the take down and mind you I had a  strength advantage over this guy but I wanted to make it count .... I was gonna slam him....Not quite I scooped him up and rather than just take him down I picked him up, he managed to get me in a guillotine choke mid air and DDT me or I did it to myself.... Facepalm

what i did not mention is my classes are far more then what most people think of when someone says tkd... we spar full contact many times no pads. its the "old style" not the new junk they try to pass off lol. i studied under duk sung son directly in ny for years (wta style). he is missed dearly... but he is an actual co-founder of tkd. my point is our classes are no joke. i have also studied gung fu, aikido / hapkido, ju jitsu, krav, karate (3 variants) , as well as judo. been studying for over 30 years total. i have fought with far worse injuries but at 39 they are getting harder to get past every year, and i have a 12 hour work shift tonight  Angry

Otis375 is right -- changing your shoes during the day can make a huge difference! I'm definitely using your idea of keeping a change of footware in the trunk of my car -- flippin' brilliant!
