Nice. A little on the battered side, but aligned and mechanically sound. Some brassing. Case, well, seen better days. Plus the two Culmaks.

The Aristocrat can be my daily shaver. The photos do it more than justice. Just being truthful.

Cost? In US dollars, $33 the lot. Cool.

I'm jealous!  Great deal!  Your price is a bargain.  I'd love to have 1 of these.  You can always get it replated if the finish meeting your needs.  It comes back looking better than new.

The cost of replating and postage combined is prohibitive. Australia here. No-one down here does razor replating. I have another one again, same model, needs fixing up and re-plating even more. I'd consider selling it if the postage was covered. PM if you like.

Onotoman (Dave formerly from UK) has moved to NZ and is in the process of setting up his replating operation.  See this link in B&B:
http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread....-in-the-Uk

I don't know his time frame for opening up to new customers but shipping from AUS to NZ has to be a lot cheaper than to the UK or the US.

I've dealt with him on several razors in the past and he does great work.  He was the mentor for Chris at http://www.razorplate.com which, now, is the premier replating source in the States (he will work with folks from outside the States).

Great score and great shaving razor.
