Hello,

This is my first post in this forum and wanted to show you guys what I found at my local Goodwill: The Elan McPherson buddha bowl.

The bowl is quite big, but because of the unique placement of the handle it fits my hand like a glove. I tilt bowl slighty so that I can swirl the brush around without hitting the handle side, but it's really no big deal.

Bought for only 1.50$, it has proven to be an amazing lathering bowl for me. The new ones go for 30 bucks, so I doubt that any shaver would be paying that kind of money especially when you find handmade lathering bowls for that much, but if you ever come across one at a thrift store, garage sale etc. I'd strongly recommend this bowl!

Well, I had to do some research on these and found the maker/seller store. She makes Buddha Bowls, Baby Buddha Bowls, and Buddha Cups. To me, all three sizes would make good lathering bowls, depending on the size of your brush. And there is a wide range of colors.

So, here you go, the BUDDHA LINE OF PRODUCTS

Hello,
Thanks for sharing the link. I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to post a link from a manufacturer/vendor.
