UPDATED ON PAGE 2

I've been wet shaving since the early 70's and prefer vintage Gillette double edged razors. Lots of Super Speeds, Ranger Techs, Regent Tech, 54 Diplomat, 46-47 Aristocrats, one a 47-48 transition un-notched, adjustable "Fat Boy's," and Slims, Tech's, Milord, early 30's Goodwill, etc...

Wow. As someone just starting out, that's all I can say. Wow.

Nice den. Are those Milords in those mint boxes?
You just need four more FB so you can have one set at each adjustment level ... Smile

Funny how, amid all the acquisition disorders, that's referred to as a "small collection".  What is that, about 30 razors??

I have one Milord in the case on the lower shelf. The razors inside the brown over tan open cases on the upper shelf are 1941 Ranger Tech's. The four cased gold razors below the Ranger's are 1946-47 Aristocrats. One of the Aristocrats is a transition piece as it is knurled like a 48 Aristocrat but not notched.

Very nice collection. Those Ranger Techs are beauties. I am going to shamelessly steal your razor storage idea. I have very similar shelving in my closet.

Yup. I picked up a few brushes and added a longer lower shelf above the Fat Boys which will hold new Cased red and blue tipped Super Speeds to the left of the standard flare tip. I also added one more Fat Boy. That's it for now. Oh I got rid of the pot metal head razors as I can't stand pot metal lol.

I received my latest edition this afternoon. My $37.00 Ranger Tech via eBay. Just have to find a place for it.
