I'm a big fan of CSC's software, so on a bit of a lark I decided to scoop up their "Hippie Killer" Razor.  As you can see from the photo, it's a chrome plated closed comb with "Hippie Killer" etched on the head and the CSC logo etched into the stand.

It arrived yesterday, and I shaved with it this morning.  The handle is only 3 inches, which is a little short for my preference but I'm used to it with my vintage razors.  It's a three-piece, which I prefer as it makes rinsing and cleaning easier.   I found it to be in the mid aggressive range.

So I'm wondering about the maker and origin.  Any know?  I suspect it may be a rebranded Muhle, but I don't know which one.

Muhle are more refined in build/finish, IMO.
This one looks like it might hail from Pakistan or China.

I looked it up.  The head is different, but the handle is a dead ringer.

Gotta love that photo of Dennis Hopper in Easy Rider!

Just to bring this thread to a close, after doing some further research (asking around a lot and reading some websites), my best guess is that it's a rebranded Pearl made in India.

The handle looks like my pearl OC razor. Excellent performer, how is the performance of this razor?

Better than I thought it would be, but my expectations were pretty low.  I'm a big fan of Crown Shaving Co's shaving products and just thought it would be funny to have a razor with "Hippie Killer" on it, especially given I was a bit of a hippie back in the day.  Fairly aggressive, but then my stable is mostly made up of mild to milder razors.  I prefer a longer handle than the 3-inch but a shorter handle does make it feel a bit quicker and more nimble.

It wasn't exactly a screaming deal but it didn't break the bank either plus the stand was included, which is a good thing.
