I cut out of the office a little early yesterday and had time to swing by the Antique store on the way home. Found a couple of items to add to my Nook.

We used to have an old bobtail'd cat that would catch mice and moles in the yard, kill them then bring the little dead bodies up on the front door steps for the family to admire. Well that's kind of what I'm doing here. Smile

Duane, great finds. Where'd you did that Heavy Flat Top. I've yet to find one of those in the wild. Enjoy it & let me know if you need any SE blades.

Thanks Brian, I have plenty of blades for the Flat Top and I just finished polishing it up a bit more. Both razors are in great user shape (not a speck of rust can I find).

I cleaned and sanitized them last night and shaved with the L4 SS this morning.
Polished on both some more this morning and I think I will try the SE tomorrow.

Found all of this at the Goodlettsville Mall, slim pickins though. Looked like you had already been there. Biggrin

I bought the smaller tin for $3 and cut a slit in it for use as a blade bank, and the larger tin I will use for storing cream tubes and general stuff on the countertop.

Yeah, I've been to the Goodlettsville one quite a few times but they've never had a HFT before. Good thing I don't need one or I might have to fight you for it. Tongue

I agree with this. I've got razors and a blade bank or two, but that Gillette tin is just plain neat.
