I have shipped and received probably close to the 500 range of packages from USPS.  All but one, a box that contained Boellis Panama Shaving Soap, I believe sold to Johnny from this site (lol) arrived perfectly.  That package of BP arrived, albeit I think weeks after the intended date.

At least you don’t have to suffer dealing with Australia Post. Huge cuts to services from this once very fine public utility resulting in a third-rate service, while executives are paid huge bonuses adding up to nearly $100 million in the past year alone. Apparently, outsourcing and privateering is good. For fat executives, not the paying public. It really is a service that had been run into the ground.

My wife and I are watching NOVA: scientists navigate a module 200 million miles from Earth, a small module lands on an asteroid. The target landing area was within, don't quote me, 26 cm of their intended target. A  delivery from FedEx the other day went to the neighbor next door instead of us. The address was on the box. Go figure.

The USPS is a dumpster fire right now. I am chasing down several packages including a box full of Progress razors that I sent to Eric for the Mergress conversion. After investigating, the USPS sent me an email saying that they had no idea where the package was.  Angry

I’m waiting for a package that originated 11 miles from my front door. It went west instead of east and now it’s lost in Joisy.

USPS is just horrible these days. Packages are taking weeks instead of days, being misrouted to all kinds of places and black holes. I don’t think I’ve had a single package arrive on time... except Amazon and they seem to be using more FedEx and UPS. And on top of all the horrible performance USPS has added a holiday/COVID surcharge. It’s not my letter carrier’s fault, he’s as frustrated as I am. Sorry for the vent. Carry on.
