Hello Chad, I bought a combo nylon web and leather strop from SRD and it is a great strop.  They have 3" leather too.  Mine is 2.5" however.  PRC has one too but I assume it is on line with SRD.

I also recommend looking at SRD strops, but also take a look at 3" Scrupleworks strops from Norway--Torolf makes beautiful strops for a good price. Lastly, you could check out Tony Miller's premium fast bridle strops.

Scrupleworks. Torolf makes wonderful strops, and the linen  is top. Nice prices.

Tony Miller makes awesome strops. I also Neil Miller used to make unbelievable strops. Looking for a slightly used one might be a good way of obtaining high-end strop.

Yes, Tony Miller  at http://shop.thewellshavedgentleman.com/.  I just bought my fifth one today, a 3 inch fast draw bridle strop.  I believe he only does cotton instead of the linen for the under strop, because of sourcing problems he had in Europe.  I have one of the last ones he made in linen.  Very nice.

I bought a Scrupleworks from a forum member and it was super soft and had a less stiff linen than Tony's.

Scrupleworks prices are higher than Tony Miller's.  Kanayama from http://aframestokyo.com/ is an excellent strop, but I don't know if they come in 3 inches.  I think mainly 2.5 inches.  Very soft, squishy, super smooth leather with rough leather under strop.  Takeshi Aoki is from Tokyo but he lives in Hawaii.  A very nice guy who knows straights, knives, hones and strops.  He also has unparalleled honing skills.

I like the 3 inch options from SRD , but prefer the quality of the Herold strops...they sell 2 inch strops with real linen and a few diff leather options, which are lovely and a pretty darn good value. They also have 3 inchers but they lack the linen side...although they do sell a linen only strop too.

There aren't many options if you want genuine linen in 3" strops.  I think Scrupleworks does it, Walkin' Horse used to but not sure they are around anymore.  Neil Miller made some before he passed.  Tony Miller last I looked didn't.  SRD has no 3" with linen last I looked.

Tony Miller makes excellent strops, I have both a Fast Bridal and Steerhide and they are top notch also Torlof with Scruppleworks does custom work but it's a 4-6 week wait aslo have heard several good things about strops from SRD.
