This is a custom ordered Shavemac brush that uses a 24mm 2-band Silvertip fan shaped knot, set in a black #386 style handle.  It has a loft of 46mm.  As you can see in the pictures, it already has a fairly large amount of curled "gel tips" and no scritch against the face with more breaking-in to do.  It has excellent backbone and excellent splay.

I've debated with myself back and forth whether or not I want to keep this brush.  There's no doubt it's a super high quality brush and I understand the appeal for some people, but for me I have a hard time justifying the cost.  I received it just a couple months ago (if that), but it's hardly had any use because I usually just grab a synthetic since I shave at 4 in the morning and often times don't want to worry about soaking or anything that early.  If I didn't get along well with much cheaper synthetic alternatives, this would easily be my go-to brush.  I paid a little over $175 for it, and would like to sell it for $145 including Priority shipping with insurance to the US.  It still has the original box and authenticity certificate.

The more I see the 386 handle, the more I know that handle is going to be my next Shavemac... Grats to both parties!
