Beautifully formed 2 band knot in a (Wiborg?) barber style handle. Another great job by Shavemac!

Very nice handle and Shavemac two-band hair is superb.  Every Shavemac two-band bulb knot I've seen has always been very well formed.  How did you get Shavemac to make this handle?  It's not one of the options on the website.

Unfortunately I missed out on Avnish's group buy. I asked Bernd to make this for me based on the specs from the group buy. It looks really good and feels even better, it's a great profile. At first I thought that it seemed a little less dense than my other Shavemac's, which it may be, but during a shampooing and a couple of palm lathers it is in no way lacking in performance. I can't wait to use it for my shave tomorrow.

I considered a vanity engraving on the bottom but finally thought better of it:

Looks awesome. That was the handle Shavemac was missing IMO.

Exactly, an AS3M-type. Not as tall as an M7, but with all the curves. Sweet.
Is there a comparison photo somewhere to see how this stacks up, height-wise, against other Shavemacs?

I'll take some pics with the other two Shavemacs and an M7 for comparison. Here are the specs according to Shavemac:

Colour: Brown Beige
Handle diameter 42 mm
Handle height 58 mm
Knotsize 26 mm
Loft 50 mm

The loft is actually a few mm higher when measured after lathering, which is quite nice for the aesthetics of the knot.

Beautiful brush. It sure would be nice if Shavemac would offer this handle on their site.

Only brush I would have desired most out of that group buy- the brown beige barber in bulb. Congrats, a gorgeous brush 6.

Thanks. That's a good-sized handle for sure.

Beautiful, don't think I've ever seen a Shavemac that wasn't perfectly formed. Amazing control over that part of their knot forming process. Their 2 bands are truly wonderful performing knots matched to a great looking handle! Enjoy
