This is just a big company bullying a little one who's cutting into their profits cause now DSC has to spend money they might not have to fight it

Interesting article.  It says DSC now has 8% of the market.  And, I assume DSC's market share will continue to grow.  Obviously Gillette is concerned.  I hope DSC has the resources to fight this and win.

Honestly, I can see where Gillette might be concerned. DSC would look really good to me vs Gillette, if I were looking to purchase cart razors.

KoS were posting similar figures within two years of launching in the UK. Now, you hardly see them at all. RC, Virgin Cola, and Cott's RC clone supermarket cola's once challenged Pepsi and Coke in the UK with a sizable share, then Coke and Pepsi were half price for a few years, now only Coke and Pepsi are still standing...

Patents are nation-specific.
If Dorco doesn't sell (into the US market) the specific blades that are violating Gillette's US patents... but DSC does sell those blades in the US.
Hence the suit is against DSC, not Dorco the manufacturer.
