I received one Oneblade razor few days ago,


but I've seen that has defect, I have contacted Mr. Todd who very kindly answered me that if it's not important, so good ?

This answer has not seemed very normal?

Quick reply and kindly, but does not solve the defect of the machine received.

I hope I can go back to answer another email sent, always read customer serving very well and give good solutions.

The machine is unused and just ask the substitution of a razor flawless.

Someone else something similar has happened?

I have had nothing but really positive experiences from OneBlade customer service. I very much doubt that if your razor is defective, that they would not fully resolve your issue.

Please explain what your defect is, and post a picture of it for us here.

Reading your signature, I suspect English is not your first language, and that there was some miscommunication between you and Tod. Once we know what the problem is, and we can see it, maybe we can help you to better communicate the issue to OneBlade customer service.

How does one communicate with OneBlade customer service?  The only way I see on their website is through their contact email.  I sent in a question about their 30 day refund policy before buying my OneBlade and never received a reply.  Is their contact email form the only way to contact OneBlade?

You should have received an automated reply saying that they would get back to you shortly. If you never got that automated message, they probably never received your query.

Try this: info@onebladeshave.com

And make sure they are white listed in your email account.

Thanks Len.  I never got an automated reply so for some reason, they did not get it.  Maybe I had a typo in my email address.  Great razor.  My favorite.

Eric, you may want to check your spam folder - my ISP have a disturbing tendency to put email I want in there and send the spam to my inbox  Dodgy

I have had a great experience with their customer service. My initial razor had a problem with the blade anchors (for lack of a better term). They promptly sent me a new one.

It sounds like to me that what you're saying is that the finish is scratched or scuffed. My suggestion would be to post a couple of clear pictures of the defect here, and also attach those pictures to an email to OneBlade. This would show them, and us, exactly what the problem is, so that they do not misunderstand what you are trying to describe.

I received OneBlade razor,



with visible scratched.

I informed Todd see when scratched.

Todd says that if scratched not affect the operation .. (not saying anything more to solve the problem)

Todd says he's sorry but says nothing more ..

I still hope your reply Todd ..
