Anyone have one of these? How do they compare to the Muhle brushes?

Somerset & Modern day Simpsons, Rooney's, M&F's and the new Shavemac two-bands I use and have enjoyed over the years.
The RR Plissoft (2 handle styles) out performs all of the above brushes. Better loading, lather...everything.

The Muhle synthetics (to me) seem to have fallen behind these newer synths.
I wish it were not true having paid a lot for the above brushes but they are that good...and for $16 or $17 delivered. Pretty amazing.

I had the small Muhle but I sold it when I got my Plisson. The Muhle had too much backbone and the Plisson doesn't have enough. I want something in the middle.

It's a plisson knot that falls apart on you. At least mine did and a few others have that I've heard of. It's a nice handle though if they fixed the issue it may be worth a shot now. If they haven't avoid like the plague just saying.

I emailed IB about the synthetic badger and they replied it was very similar to the Muhlë STF.
