This is the Rooney "Heritage" Stubby 3 super badger brush. The knot is 28mm and the loft 51mm. It is a dense brush with solid backbone, although not as dense as the Simpson Chubby. If you face lather, if you fancy a workhorse with a dense knot and solid backbone, then this brush is for you. The tips are soft, but obviously not Thater soft. Since I prefer less dense silvertip brushes with modest backbone — Thater, shavemac and Savile Row — this Rooney is wasted on me. I've had it for a few months and used it infrequently. By the way, the brush might have shed one or two hairs, but I can't be sure. It is a great brush, although I don't fancy it as much as you might. Here is more information on the brush: http://www.fendrihan.com/products/rooney...ving-brush
The price is $175 shipped U.S. Paypal is fine; no trades, please. Thanks.
