I am looking for either the Darwin Original or the Darwin Standard safety razor. I realize it is a shot in the dark but...thought I would try putting out the word. Biggrin

Good luck with this search Phil!  I posted a WTB for one of these a few years ago, and still looking....

Biggrin  It is a bit of a shot in the dark. I saw one on Ebay last week but, it was $1000. <sigh>

They are usually pricey because they are rare but, $1000 is crazy talk.

That's when you message the seller and let them know they did a typo. One "0" to many! Smile Good luck with your search Phil!

I've seen a couple over a year but those were also like a grand. Maybe we are talking about the same razor. Very beautiful unicorn, though. Good luck with the search!

Unfortunately those are market prices.  I have seen a few sell below that, but it was either a deal-of-the-century gentlemanly deal and the other was in really bad shape.  Good luck Phil, just know that this is one popular fishing hole.  ;-)

I sold mine, or I would have sold it to you.  Sorry.
