I decided to pick up a bottle of a Soap Commander ASB.  Haven't used it yet, but the bottle seemed to have leaked a clear liquid.  I took the cap off and it seemed as though the contents separated.  Has this bottle gone bad or is this typical and I just have to give it a shake before use?

Thanks!

I have had this happen to me from time to time ( other AS not Soap Commander) but I just shake em up and go. So I too can't wait for people to chime in

I'd shake it up. If that doesn't work, talk to Darren. They are great people

Never seen it before with any of my SC ASBs. Perhaps shoot a message over to Darren. I'm confident that he will happily assist you.

If course I shaked it! Seemed to somewhat combine...I've also shot a message to Darren.

Just posted here to see if others have experienced the same thing.

Darren promptly responded to my inquiry, in part stating,

"We are not sure what happened regarding the separation as that should not have happened but I assure you that it is safe to use."

Plan to use it today.

It might have frozen - freezing causes emulsions to separate

Cheers, Steve

I have this happen all the time. I just shake it like a margarita before every use.
