I'm needing help! If I post my tracking number would anyone care to help me try to find where my brush might be? I ordered a brush from them a mouth ago and I can't get them to tell me where it could be.

If you ordered a Semogue from VS, it takes on average 2 weeks or more for arrival. I am waiting for a brush as well, it could be stuck in customs which is causing the delay.

The first activity was actually on 1/25 (acceptance) and the last activity was 1/27 (dispatch).

It's only been a week since the last activity, and international customs is very unreliable and can take a long time (it can sit in customs for up to a week). Give it another week or two before expecting delivery.
