My OCD cannot handle the polished finish on this beautiful razor. I would like to trade this Wolfman OC for the exact same razor in a brushed stainless finish.

Just to reiterate I'm looking for a Wolfman OC in brushed stainless steel. The handle is not as crucial as the razor head. But if it's not a WRH7, it should be a premium handle that matches in value.

Have you given any thought to adding the brushed finish to the one you have? Adding brushing to stainless steel is very simple. I've done it to many watches to add or refinish a brushed surface. Something to consider.

Oh lordy, have it coated by Delta Echo :-) That would be fantastic. I've only seen one other done that way and it looked pretty great.

I have some durability concerns with these coatings. I'm afraid if I drop the razor or ding it against the sink, it would chip or scratch. This is why brushed SS is the best option for me.

I absolutely understand! I think the Gunkote is pretty tough stuff, especially with his clear coating, but I wouldn't want to chance it if there's even the remotest possibility. Have you considered contacting James to see if he would brush the finish on it for you? Not sure if it's possible, just a thought. I wouldn't personally want to try my hand at it.

I've only tried to get on the waiting list at Wolfman and have heard nothing in response. I'm guessing James is very busy at the moment!

Gotcha, well you might ping him again. He's been fairly responsive when I've emailed but it does occasionally take a while. Best of luck either way! Sounds like you are correct, a trade might be your quickest option though.
