I've had a bunch or soaps and creams over the last year of wet shaving. A lot is relative, I know. To me around 40-50 in and out over the year was a lot. I wanted to get down around 10, so I could actually use those I like without ignoring others too much.

I'm sure many of you can tell the same story. I thought it might be fun/interesting to see what is left for those of us that have cut down significantly.

I've had XPEC, AdP, MdC, they were certainly all good, but here's my group:

In no order except for the Dickens.

B&M Dickens (constantly my #1)
Beaver Woodwright Black Beard
Castle Forbes Lime (recently made it back in and won't be leaving)
The Fat
Mickey Lee Kokomo
Stirling Executive Man (haven't used in awhile but makes the cut)
Savon de Volcans Menthe Stick (ground to tub)
Dr Selby
B&M Latha Lavanda
SV Tundra

A few small travel items:

Indian Old Spice Lime
At James Creams
Ark stick

That's really about it. I have a chunk of ABCBA, a tub of Tobs and a tub of Figaro downstairs in the other bathroom, but they aren't really in the rotation. I have Mikes Natural Hungarian Lather incoming and will likely buy Fine's AB soap. B&M Adagio will be added, and a new tub of Dickens in winter. Other than that, I'm very content.

It's not very Lime-y, certainly not like the Lime aftershave I remember from long ago, but it's a good cream. St James is better, but the Old Spice is good.

Solid. All I've got for travel right now is a La Toja stick, and I think a tube of some kind of cream would be a smarter choice.

Congrats on reducing your den so thoroughly! I'm looking to steadily do the same.

Nice collection. I have a Latha Lavender I still have not tried. This post might bump it up on the rotation. How do you compare regular B&M to thier "budget" Latha line? I like his soaps but have yet to try his Latha line. Soon enough. Biggrin

Latha is good, very good. Seems to take more water than Dickens, and still comes out a bit thicker for me. Slickness is there and a nice post shave. Good stuff and if buy again.

I seem to clear out and then clear out again and again and I seem to still have many soaps. I probably have about five that seem to stick and then I have soaps I keep for abit, enjoy them and then sell on to make room for the most recent.

My staples:
CRSW Citrus
CRSW Bergamot & Bay
Soap Commander Gusto
Mystic Waters Rosalimone (Although this is quite new I don't think it will be going anywhere)
2 X Dapper Dragon Custom Soaps

Good to see BWW in there...it is on my short list after doing the same as you did - paring from 50+ to a reasonable (who I am to judge reason?) 10 or so.
ABC
SMN
Savonnerie du bon Berger volcans stick
Al's Goodfellas
Al's Auguri
BWW (too many to mention!)
LPL unscented
LA Shaving Vanilla Eucalyptus
Midnight & Two Citrus

Mikes Natural Hungarian Lavender is being delivered Monday actually. I'm not that strongSmile

Also ordered Soap Commander Drive when I put in an order for a bunch of bath soaps. Giving SC a second chance.

Didn't try Mike's yet?
OK, so I'm just giving you a heads up.. if you are going to have only 10 soaps, don't get too attached to the ones you have today.
Just saying..
Biggrin

But this one goes to 11.....

And it'll probably be at 12 when my Mike's arrives. That's ok by me, 12 is still manageable.

I've kept Tim's Soap, Sapone Di Paolo, SdM, and Brutalt Bra in the line-up. However, my go-to remains LASS Co. It always lathers easily and with gusto.

I've got to try more soaps/creams.  I love the TOBS Sandalwood and like the Proraso, and I've also purchased some Catie's Bubbles  (Piement la vie?), which is good too.  But holy cow, I don't even know where y'all find all these other brands.  Smile

PS -- How highly do you rate the SV tundra?  SV is on my short list this year and I'm really trying to narrow it down.

Tundra is great, extremely slick! Scent is phenomenal and post shave is very nice. I should use it more oftenSmile
