Gentlemen,
I bought this gorgeous 6/8 Le Grelot not long ago. Unfortunately, with a 1/4 to 1/2 hollow blade, the razor has proved a wee bit heavy for my arthritic hands. Too bad, because the razor is a superb shaver, too, as well as being shave ready. Reality is reality, though, and I should pass the razor on to others. The razor is in superb shape, save for a couple little scratches and superficial pits. The smearing you see on the blade is oil. I think the handle is acrylic, but I am not sure about that. The price is $175 shipped U.S. Paypal is fine; no trades, please. Thanks.

The razor sold. I was sad to let it go, but it's hard to argue with arthritis.
