Italian Barber vs Razorock

Does anyone know the difference?  IB soaps don't seem to perform as well as RR or maybe it's in my mind?  Anyone know if there is a difference.?

As far as I know, they are one in the same.

I suppose it's also entirely possible that Joe is trying to spin off some sort of "house brand" or something. The two lines of soaps don't seem to have the same price points. It's fairly well known that Joe doesn't make the soaps himself, so maybe he's found other suppliers for the IB line. The RR line is fairly well established.

Most importantly, he's not active on this forum any longer, so I don't know that you'll be able to get a straight answer form anyone here. I've always had a lot of luck emailing him directly, so you should try that. If you get an interesting answer, I'd love to see it posted here. :-)
