trying to post in Swap and Shop but can't

i'm trying to post a WTB in the in the Swap & Shop  - but no option to "post new topic"

am i missing something?

You need to have 45 posts and have been a member for at least 30 days in order to post a 'Want to buy' (As stated in the rules)

I think you missed reading the rules section.  

I did this too when I was a newb.
