Would the performance of the Mickey Lee drag down the performance of the Castle Forbes?

I like to mix occasionally but only the tried and tested combinations such as coke/lime, which is why Castle Forbes Lime + Wickham Club Cola works very well for me Wink

I tend to stick with the citrusy scents when i do play around with combinations, wouldn't really know what to mix with my other scents such as Lavender, performance remains good regardless of mixing, perhaps even better in some cases especially when mixing a cream/soap.

When I use Mystic Water Lilly of the Valley I mix in a little TOBS Grapefruit, awesome scent and great shave!

Opposite actually, I think the CF benefitted from the lanolin in the Mickey Lee.

So, you're the one.  Michelle mentioned this to me.

I'd sent her a note that I really think her Lilly of the Valley and Pogo di Pini paired very well.  I was sniffing through 10 of her soaps for a week and found the 2 similar in nature (though not the same scent).  I mixed the 2 and really like it.

She said that someone else thought LOV and Grapefruit paired well.

I tried mixing DRH lavender soap with TOBS peppermint cream, and I liked the results. After much searching for a similar scent in a pre-made soap, Rod at Stirling was kind enough to make me a custom jar of soap with lavender and peppermint essential oils.

I dig the combination of MWF and Proraso Red. It's like a homemade barbershop scent.
