It is not a full bottle but it is very lightly used. Very conservative estimate of 90% remaining. The bottle is too dark to get a picture of the fill line.

Probably not as I don't believe that American Crew is oil based. These are true pomades which you don't usually see in stores. I purchased these direct from the artisans that make them.
