Looking for the best healing aftershave splash. Right now I use spieck and am satisfied with the results. Wondering if myrsol's healing properties are as good, especially the Metilsol scent.

Myrsol is a great splash! You should have no worries. Also check out Floid Blue and Pitralon splashes. There's a bunch more those are good places to start.

Do you have acne or get nicks easily with shaving? If so, I am the same and use it as a toner and a healer after a great and bad shave. It works fantastic on my face.

I don't have acne, but my beard is so thick and dense that I usually do get a few nicks every shave. Spieck works pretty well, but I guess I'm trying to see if there is anything better out there?

Zac, are you talking about Myrsol?

Speick and Myrsol fan here.

You will arguably not find a better more healing splash, than the Speick AS splash.

You could start using a milder AS balm after the splash, to give the skin a better healing and softer feel.

Seems like I will stick with speick. Right now I'm using soap commander aftershave balm. I was using weleda balm before that but I found that it was too greasy and its not as healing as the soap commander.

I recently picked up a bottle of Speick while traveling abroad and I have been very impressed with the way it feels and the scent.

I own every single Myrsol and they are on a league of their own.  Excellent product.

So which would you recommend, Speick or Myrsol. And if Myrsol, which has the best healing properties?

While I haven't used the Myrsol you have listed I did have Agua Balsamica. The scent was exactly what I was looking for at the time. Sadly, I didn't notice much in the terms of skin care at all. Aqua Velva left my skin feeling better than this Myrsol did.

I sold my Myrsol off & have no interest in any others. I know that I'm in the minority here but I've found many more products with much better ingredients for skincare at a much better price.

If I was picking between the two then I would go with Speick and never look back.

It all depends.  Moneywise, Speick is cheaper.  Myrsol? I would say Emulsion, but that's my choice if we are talking about good healing quality properties.  I use it mostly if I have a self inflicted rough shave.

Speick is great. I own both their splashes.
Myrsol is great too. I own all 10.

Best Myrsol for pre shave is Emulsion, best Myrsol for post shave feel is Metilsol and Plastic. But I enjoy all the Myrsols.

But if only allowed to use one AS splash, nothing else, I would choose SPEICK.

If you have the budget for 2, I would use SPEICK AS SPLASH during the warm season, then DR HARRIS PINK AS SPLASH during the cold season.

Trying to be a minimalist when it comes to this stuff. I was using the same pre-shave, soap, razor, blade, and aftershave routine for nearly the last 8 months.

Now I'm trying to refine certain aspects of my shave that I think can get better. Nuavia soap keeps getting better everyday. Another few days of goods shaves and it may establish itself as best soap ever. I am trying a few different blades instead of my usual polsilver or feather. And I'm seeing what can be improved post shave.

I have no interest in getting products that are not going to be better than what I have. I've been down that road before and it just ends up costing too much money. If speick is king, then I don't need anything else.

Speick is a great healing splash, and soap commander balm is solid stuff. Reef point balms work pretty well also.

Tha DR Harris is one I haven't tried yet.  What's the scent and feel like?

It has a very mild rose scent to it. Perfect for colder winter months, if you have sensitive skin and want to use an AS splash.

+1 on Emulsion. Great ASB.
Can't speak about the splashes because I don´t use them
