sad day for me, not because (THANKFULLY) anyone close to me was lost.

But because it is hard to process why someone would go into a movie theater, and start taking lives of innocent people.

Prayers to the family of the vicitims (alive and dead).
Angel

There are many people who cannot obtain help for their mental illness...they cry out and are ignored...then they do something to get noticed...very sad..we spend so much time on the internet but lack the capacity to reach out..talk but mostly listen...we must wake up and Listen to those who cry out for help...think about itHuh

How does even a 'nut job' like this pull the trigger on a 4 month old baby? Angry

May those souls rest in peace. Sad

I was shocked when I turned on the computer this morning and saw that headline. I still cannot believe it. My thoughts go out to the victims and their families.

I think you are missing the point...it is because he is"nuts" that he can do these things...I have guns but I don,t go out and shoot anyone....he armed himself..he used body armor..he planned this..he is smart but has no conscience of his actions or because he is "NUTS" he thinks this is a important action..like that fellow in Norway or Sweeden at the youth camp...like the Doctor at Fort Hood.....terribly a lost soul....trying to have his few minutes of being noticed...very sad..and happens much too often.Angry

I was raised in Colorado - Aurora is a suburb of Denver, on the east side. This was unbelievably horrific.
I have several female cousins in the Denver area, but have not had a chance to call them yet.

Yeah Harvy, I guess I'd have to mostly agree. But spare me the lost soul. Let me be clear, he won't get any sympathy around here.

A 6 year old is dead.

Gentlemen...TSN is not a venue for airing political beliefs. The event in Aurora is a terrible tragedy. Please keep the comments limited to sympathy for the victims and do not veer off into politically charged topics such as gun control or media bias. This simply is not the place for it.
