Recently I have been shaving with creams almost exclusively and am really enjoying the shave experience they offer.  I am looking to expand the variety of creams in my den and would like to know what is on your Cream Dream Team?  Listed is my small list of outstanding creams in my den.  Any suggestions for "must have" creams that I am missing?

Current List:

Baume.be
Esbjerg
SJOL
Castle Forbes
Stone Cottage (samples)

I think you've identified the top performers. If you can source an old tub of XPEC your collection would be near complete. A cream I would add to your list is AoS, while a bit pricey their creams are superb.

Cream cream -- I'd go with:

•GADA cool mint
•Ingram
•Palmolive Menthol
•Prep in the tube for a brush (amazing!!!)
•MEM Olive
•La Toja

I could use any one of these exclusively for the remainder of my shaving days.

I don't consider SMN to be a cream, but I agree it is an excellent performer.

I Coloniali is high on the list Biggrin Checking out the AoS lineup.

When it comes to Creightons, since I am a big fan of SJoL, will T&H or GFT give me anything I am not already getting in the SJoL products? Or is it just more variety of fragrances, with essentially the same performance characteristics?

I don't usually shave with creams, but when I do I prefer the T&H 10, Ingram and Palmolive. I also have some others like the ToOBS Avocado and Rose, but they don't get much use.

Truefitt and Hill Grafton
Penhaligon Blenheim Bouquet
Alvarez Gomez
Castle Forbes Lime
Taylor of Bond Eton and peppermint
G Trumpers GFT
DR Harris Arlington

All find homes in my rotation.

Vulfix and Simpson are also quite nice but be warned Vulfix is like a liquid.

Thanks for all the input.  With the exception of XPEC and Acqua di Parma, the 3 that keep coming up that I don't have are:

I Colonaili
Penhaligon Blenheim Bouquet
Alvarez Gomez

Those should give me a pretty full bullpen of creams for the foreseeable future (which means next week )

I have a birthday coming up and will put EXPEC and Acqua di Parma on my wish list Biggrin

It's quite possible they wouldn't; for the most part, they're oh-so similar, IME.
I find the best performing Creightons creams to be T&H No 10, and Trumper Almond, but I believe that's related mostly to personal preference - for example, Trumper Coconut is popular, yet it gave me mild irritation.
(That said - and FWIW - Eucris, GFT, Spanish Leather are also among my fave Creightons creams - for scent and performance.)

Who doesn't enjoy the scent of a fine single malt scotch after rolling out of bed in the morning?
