Weber makes a fantastic closed-combed razor that is a bit more aggressive than the Merkur IMHO. They have been unavailable for awhile now, and tend to sell out very quickly.
They have the only DLC (Diamond-like Carbon) or ARC (Advanced Razor Coating) razors I am away of.
Their handles are some of the best as well.

Only the ARC head models are available, I am waiting for a DLC
DLC's available in about a week
Improved classic handles in 2 weeks

The DLC is one of my favorite razors.
I have both and the shave feels the same as far as effiency. The ARC feels a little slicker but the DLC feels more comfortable on my face. For that reason if I had to pick one it would be the DLC. I do believe I am in the minority on this though. It seems most guys that have both prefer the ARC. You can't go wrong with either. As always, YMMV.

What is the improved classic handle?
I asked Ed the same question and his response was:
"The classic handle is 3 7/8 inches long and a little thicker than our previous version. The knurling is a bit more aggressive. It will have the nice polished finish like our bulldog handle. Price will be around $40 and we will list exact measurements on the website when they are ready for sale."
